Hello Ladies and Gentlemen of LNCHH

I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much you helped to make the weekend of Kyle and Nat’s wedding so special. Each and every one of you were great!

It started on Friday when you helped Ashely find a space to arrange the flowers, found her a room with a bath to soak the oasis – and then cleared up behind us with no complaint. On the day of the wedding, the lovely Lianne couldn’t do enough – I even heard that she went ‘above and beyond’ to help Nat use the toilet…. Now that’s service!

The service on the terrace and in the function suite was faultless and the food outstanding. On Sunday we moved from one lounge to the other, ordered food, and lots (and lots) of drink – all delivered with a smile (even at 4am) and a cheery ‘no problem!’. It really did feel like being at home (but with staff – I could get used to that life).

Our meal on Sunday night was perfect, and the chef came out to meet us. The long suffering hotel cleaners met us with a smile; although I’m sure they cheered the loudest when we left.

We had the most amazing weekend and you guys played a huge part in that. Thank you all very much. You made one proud Mum and Dad very happy.
